Shipping policy

Orders will ship once all items in an order are available. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email of the delay.

Jill Ramsower is not responsible for lost, stollen, or damaged products. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a parcel ships. If a parcel returns undeliverable and you want to attempt a re-deliver, you will need to pay the additional shipping fees.

International buyers (outside the United States): any taxes or duties imposed by the buyer's country or local government are the responsibility of the buyer.
